This is Sam's current project, he's a gorgeous snowman, but I'm a terrible blogger and can't remember where it's from, I have a feeling he's from a magazine, but that's the best I can come up with.
Susie has been working on this cute little jumper for a nephew for a while and the end is in sight, and we're all very impressed to see it happening.
Finally we have Woodland Fairy from Mirabilia which is Isobel's project, I'm completely in love with it, and it's making me want to start my first Mirabilia, and it's all the more impressive when you realise that Isobel is colour blind, I don't know how she does it!

January 2015
I know, I am dreadful at keeping this blog up to date, but it's definitely by fault and not the groups fault, so, here are so little update posts of everything we're working on.
I'm going to be cheeky and short with mine, this is Brave from Cloudsfactory, although I'm not very far on it at the moment!
Here's Anne's current project, she's developed a recent addiction to Elizabeth Bradley's pattern, and they're stitching up fantastically, this will soon be a stunning bell pull.

A bit of a catch up
I am actually the world's worth blogger, it is apparently a year since I last posted, anyway, here we have some progress pictures of what has been going on recently.
Firstly we have Isobel's lovely project, which will be a beautiful snowy selection of birdhouses, they're very cute!
Apparently Rena was determined that we needed some kind of action shot, so here we have yours truly working on my Noah's Ark project, where there are many pretty colours
Sam has been wading through the greens in the tree but has decided to work on the tractor so she could have some colour and variety, and I think she may have stitched most of the tractor this week, can't believe how much she managed to do.
Sarah's working on some lovely hand embroidery, which fascinates me as I have no concept of how you make something this pretty without a pattern, I would probably just make some kind of shmush
Karen shows a bit of variety where she's doing some fascinating beading. There's a chance that we all sat and stared at her when she started this as we hadn't seen anyone working on one of these before and were all fascinated.
And finally we have Rena's lovely crotched flowers. She doesn't use a pattern to make this, just works away and beautiful flowers appear, I don't know how she does it but they look fantastic, can you guess what she's going to do with them?
If you'd like to join us then drop me a message, we meet in Harrogate twice a month!

Happy New Year
There's a chance that I shouldn't be left in charge of this blog, apparently I have a memory like a sieve and never update!
Anyway, Happy New Year from the Harrogate Craftwork group and I resolve that I 2014 I shall try to blog more regularly about what we get up!

It's been how long?!?!
I have to apologise for being incredibly bad at keeping up with this blog.
I keep forgetting to take pictures when we all meet, sometimes I remember the camera, but still don't manage to take any pictures.
I've been told to post a pic of this, which is actually my own stitching, but it's been going to Harrogate Craftwork Group for several months as it's been worked to a deadline. This is Dictionary of Love by Bothy Threads, and to anyone considering stitching a Bothy Threads kit I whole heartedly recommend them.
And to anyone who enjoys any kind of fabric or thread craft in the North Yorkshire area, drop me a message and see about coming and joining us, we're very friendly!

A really late post!
Firstly Happy New Year from all those at Harrogate Craftwork Group!
Secondly, I am a terrible blogger and it's been far too long since I last posted anything on here, that is completely my fault. The lovely ladies at the group (sometimes) submit to me taking photos of their beautiful work, and then I forget to do anything with the pictures I've taken.
Lisa was making some crotchet squares and let me take a picture of them to share with everyone.
Patricia was making some lovely little gift boxes for little Christmas gifts and they were so cute that I pretty much insisted that I be allowed to take a picture and post it here!
Happy crafting, I will try to remember to post more regularly.

Beautiful updates
Firstly I must apologise for being a very bad blogger, it's been so long since my last post, so I apologise for that, but this post is great (and so modest), because it jus shows teh variety of work that different people do when we meet up. Firstly Susie's crotchet, which is half finished at this point, I've since seen the finished piece, but when I took this picture we should set a challenge, what do you thing that it's going to be?
Finally, Sandra's gorgeous quilt. She's willing to admit that she's been working on this for quite a while (and what crafter doesn't have at least one long term project stashed away somewhere. This is so amazing when you see it, especially as the squares are all so tiny so so much work has gone into it.
If you're interested in joining us in Harrogate on a Thursday night, either leave a comment or drop me a message through my profile and I'll send you all the details you need. Hope to see you there.
